10 Minute Breath Awareness Guided Meditation

This is a high quality audio recording of a deep guided mediation on breath awareness for both beginning and advanced practitioners.

Choose a comfortable place to sit. Remember it is important to have the hips above the knees. Or you may want to lay down if you aren’t likely to fall asleep.
Whatever posture you choose it is important that you are able to be both relaxed and alert.
Of course attention will wander. This is not a problem. The practice is to notice and simply gently come back to the present moment.
