Guided Meditation: Seated Body Awareness 29 February 2016

A guided meditation for cultivating awareness of the present moment. There are lots of urban background noises to practice with. This is a recording of a guided meditation offered in a private one-on-one session in San Francisco on 29 February 2016. Enjoy!

All you need is 20 minutes and a chair or cushion, you could even listen standing or laying down, just focus you attention and your will cultivate awareness.
