Many paths to access the present moment
One-on-One (on your schedule)
Personalized 1-hour sessions – $150-$250
offered on a sliding scale
Mindfulness Meditation is an ancient practice that’s getting a lot of attention lately. Woking with Augusta 1:1 is a powerful way to get the support you need. She is attentive and creative. She will listen to your challenges and observe your temperament, and tailor a practice to meet you where you are.
Develop a mindfulness meditation practice. Deepen your current mindfulness practice. Reignite your meditation practice.
Augusta gave me the tools to calm my busy mind, and focus my precious energy on the present, blissful moment. Months later, I am still reaping the benefits of the teachings in my regular practice. Augusta offers valuable insight, tools and resources that I continue to use today. She is a loving and generous soul who will help you find the space within yourself to embrace what is.

Intro to Mindfulness & Meditation
Spring Series
5-week Class – $250-$500
live in person
5-Tuesdays (April 18 – May 16)
Enroll to develop a practice of cultivating presence and self awareness. Learn to dwell in the present and live life fully.
Begins April 18th!
Mindful Mondays (weekly)
5:30-7pm Live & On Line – $15-$50
at the San Francisco Dharma Collective
SF Sangha’s Mindful Mondays is an opportunity to begin each week by coming home to ourselves and coming home to the living Dharma, fresh and unfolding. It’s a time to check in with ourselves, to recognize what is, and to cultivate the ability to care for that.
We’ll gather weekly, creating community and receiving support to continue our practice, so that we might embody the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, Ajahn Chah and the Buddha.
Stillness Meditation. Movement Meditation. Deep listening. Sharing from the Heart.
I love meditation with Augusta. Specifically, I appreciate Augusta’s awareness and skills at facilitating the group and the touches and particularities that she brought to the mindfulness practice through her background and experiences. I was deeply touched by the nuances and realism she invited in her teaching. Also, it was a lot of fun!
