Augusta offers one-on-one mindfulness based coaching for individuals. The frequency and structure of the meetings is tailored completely to meet your needs be they personal, professional or both.
Many clients simply want to address the stress of their job, personal life or finances. Others may come at the recommendation of their doctor after suffering from ailments such as chronic pain, insomnia, depression, anxiety, headaches, or skin and digestive problems.

Regular Sessions. Amber Hasselbring is an artist, naturalist, educator and founder of Art Ecology. Over the course of a year, Augusta helped Amber to find clarity around who she is as an individual and as a member of the greater collective that’s enriching the natural landscape of the city. In their weekly meetings they practiced mindful awareness such that Amber came to greater clarity. Augusta can guide you too.
One-time Interaction. Perhaps you are looking for a stand-alone session or a personalized introduction to mindfulness meditation. Augusta created one 4-hour session – a morning of mindfulness – for Wendi’s 50th birthday, at the request of her husband. It turned out to be the key to a very mindful, and memorable, milestone birthday.
